Foundations
For first-timers, anyone easing back after a break, or pre/post-natal clients. We build the fundamentals — breath, alignment, control — with no rush and no judgment.
Build the base →01 — The difference
Every plan begins with where you actually are today — your history, your goals, the things that ache and the things you want to be able to do. Nothing is off-the-shelf.
Springs, tempo and range are set to suit you and adjusted the moment you're ready for more. The work meets you where you are and keeps pushing the edge.
Just you and your instructor — full attention, real-time correction, and a pace that's yours alone. Private from the first session to the hundredth.
02 — The apparatus
Reformer, wall tower, Wunda chair and kettlebells — a full private studio, used as one toolkit. Resistance runs from feather-light to seriously demanding, which is exactly why the same room suits a first-timer and an athlete. One-to-one, a full 60 minutes, and no experience needed to begin.
A sliding carriage on five calibrated springs — feather-light to seriously demanding, and low-impact on the joints.
Spring-loaded resistance off a fixed frame — assisted mobility and loaded strength from one station.
Compact, precise and unforgiving — exposes asymmetries and builds real, transferable control.
Free-weight loading layered onto the apparatus work, stepped up week by week as you get stronger.
03 — The plan
Every client trains in six-week blocks. Each week shifts focus — mobility, endurance, strength — and rotates the muscle groups in play, so the work keeps compounding and no session ever repeats.
A sample block — every plan is mapped to your goals, never a fixed script.
04 — Where people start
These aren't packages or levels — they're starting points. Your sessions are designed around your body and your goals, then progressed as you do.
For first-timers, anyone easing back after a break, or pre/post-natal clients. We build the fundamentals — breath, alignment, control — with no rush and no judgment.
Build the base →For consistent movers who want more — deeper strength, better mobility, sharper control. Sessions get more demanding as your body earns it.
Find the edge →For athletes, sport-specific conditioning, and focused work around past injuries. High-intent training that complements whatever else you do.
Train with intent →Not sure where you fit? You don't have to. We'll work it out in your first session.
05 — The space
No crowds, no waiting, no queue for the equipment. Just a calm, well-kept space in Dubai where the whole hour is yours.
06 — Good to know
None at all. A large part of what we do is teaching reformer Pilates properly from the ground up, at a pace that suits you. Beginners are genuinely welcome.
Comfortable, fitted activewear you can move in, and grip socks. If you don't have grip socks yet, just let us know before your session.
Sessions run a full 60 minutes. Most clients see the best results coming once or twice a week — we'll recommend a rhythm based on your goals once we've worked together.
Often, yes — being one-to-one is exactly what makes this possible. Share the details when you book and, where relevant, your doctor's clearance, and we'll build the sessions around it.
A single private session is AED 200. Train twice a week and it's AED 150 per session. Every session is a full private hour — bookable via the client portal for existing clients, or leave your details in the form below if you're new.
07 — Pricing
One rate for a single session, a better rate when you train twice a week. Every session is a full private hour on the full studio — billed per session, bookable online.
One private, one-to-one hour on the full apparatus. Book whenever it suits you.
The rhythm most clients settle into — two private hours a week, billed per session.
Custom blocks and longer commitments — just ask.
08 — New clients
The owner will reach out to set up your first session and answer any questions.
