01The difference

No class to keep up with. A session built around your body.

/01

It starts with you

Every plan begins with where you actually are today — your history, your goals, the things that ache and the things you want to be able to do. Nothing is off-the-shelf.

/02

Tailored, then re-tailored

Springs, tempo and range are set to suit you and adjusted the moment you're ready for more. The work meets you where you are and keeps pushing the edge.

/03

One-to-one, always

Just you and me — my full attention, real-time correction, and a pace that's yours alone. Private from the first session to the hundredth.

02The apparatus

A fully-equipped private studio.

Reformer, wall tower, Wunda chair and kettlebells — a full private studio, used as one toolkit. Resistance runs from feather-light to seriously demanding, which is exactly why the same room suits a first-timer and an athlete. One-to-one, a full 60 minutes, and no experience needed to begin.

Primary
Reformer

A sliding carriage on five calibrated springs — feather-light to seriously demanding, and low-impact on the joints.

Strength & support
Wall tower

Spring-loaded resistance off a fixed frame — assisted mobility and loaded strength from one station.

Control & balance
Wunda chair

Compact, precise and unforgiving — exposes asymmetries and builds real, transferable control.

Progressive load
Kettlebells

Free-weight loading layered onto the apparatus work, stepped up week by week as you get stronger.

03The plan

Six weeks. No two sessions the same.

Every client trains in six-week blocks. Each week shifts focus — mobility, endurance, strength — and rotates the muscle groups in play, so the work keeps compounding and no session ever repeats.

Included with the six-week block

I programme your whole week, not just our hours.

Padel, weight training, running, whatever else you do — it all draws on the same body. If those sessions land in the wrong place, you turn up to mine already fatigued, and the work stops landing.

So I plan the rest of your training week around our sessions: what goes hard, what goes easy, and where the rest days sit. You don't improve during the training — you improve while recovering from it. Getting that order right is the difference between six weeks of progress and six weeks of grinding.

  • SequencedYour hard days spaced so they don't collide with mine.
  • Recovery built inRest planned deliberately, not whatever's left over.
  • Adjusted weeklyFixtures, travel, a bad night's sleep — the plan moves with you.

04Where people start

Three reasons clients come in. Every plan is built from scratch.

These aren't packages or levels — they're starting points. Your sessions are designed around your body and your goals, then progressed as you do.

New & returning

Foundations

For first-timers, anyone easing back after a break, or pre/post-natal clients. I'll build the fundamentals with you — breath, alignment, control — with no rush and no judgment.

Build the base →
Strength & mobility

Progression

For consistent movers who want more — deeper strength, better mobility, sharper control. Sessions get more demanding as your body earns it.

Find the edge →
Athletic & specific

Performance

For athletes, sport-specific conditioning, and focused work around past injuries. High-intent training that complements whatever else you do.

Train with intent →

Not sure where you fit? You don't have to. We'll work it out together in your first session.

06Good to know

Questions, answered.

Do I need any experience?+

None at all. A large part of what I do is teaching reformer Pilates properly from the ground up, at a pace that suits you. Beginners are genuinely welcome.

What should I wear?+

Comfortable, fitted activewear you can move in, and grip socks. If you don't have grip socks yet, just let me know before your session.

How long is a session, and how often should I come?+

Sessions run a full 60 minutes. Most clients see the best results coming once or twice a week — I'll suggest a rhythm based on your goals once we've trained together a few times.

Can you work around an injury or pre/post-natal?+

Often, yes — being one-to-one is exactly what makes this possible. Share the details when you book and, where relevant, your doctor's clearance, and I'll build the sessions around it.

Can I try it first?+

Yes. New clients start with a trial session for AED 150 — a full private hour, no commitment to carry on. If you do go on to book a six-week block, the trial is free. Pick a time from my calendar below, and fill in the intake form before you come.

I already train elsewhere — does that matter?+

It matters a lot, and sorting it out is part of the six-week block. Tell me what else you're doing — padel, weights, running, a sport — and I'll programme the whole week around it, so your hard days aren't stacked on top of each other and your rest days are actually rest. Training that isn't synchronised is how people plateau, or pick up the injury that stops them altogether.

What if I need to cancel?+

Cancel 24 hours or more before your session and there's nothing to pay — the session goes straight back to you. Inside 24 hours, just rebook yourself into another slot on the schedule and you won't be charged. A late cancellation you don't rebook earns a strike; the next one after that is charged in full.

How does pricing work?+

Two ways, once you've had your trial. Pay as you go is AED 250 a session, settled after each class you come to. Or commit to a six-week block — twice a week, 12 sessions at AED 200 each (AED 2,400), paid in advance. Every session is a full private hour — bookable via the client portal for existing clients, or straight from my calendar below if you're new.

07Pricing

Simple, private pricing.

Pay as you go, or commit to a six-week block — a better rate per session, and I programme your whole training week around it. Every session is a full private hour on the full studio.
